Long Beach Weightlifting Presents a Tribute Meet for the late Sebastian Francisco aka Coach Buzz. January 20, 2018 would have been his 70th birthday. Coach Buzz passed due to complications stemming from Cancer which suspected to begin in his Liver. Coach Buzz was very instrumental to the success of our gym as he's volunteered countless hours to help grow the business. We want to spread awareness for any cancers and try to understand what it means to give yourself a chance when detected early.
